Free shipping Australia-wide. International shipping is available. All orders are dispatched from Western Australia.
Australian shipping
All Australian orders include free shipping and are dispatched from Western Australia. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and dispatched.
International shipping
International shipping is available. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout where available. International customers are responsible for confirming import eligibility in their country before ordering. Customs duties, taxes, import charges, delays, seizures, or restrictions are the responsibility of the customer.
Order processing

Address changes
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact support@nucleuscompounds.com immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address.
Returns
Due to the handling requirements of research materials, change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted once an order has been dispatched.
